Interesting night for me, ZhongKai went to Zouk, a disco. I tag along with another guy of call Douglas, a friend of Kai; he drives. Ken joined us later with his colleague and friends.

It is kinda mix feeling about the experience.

It is new to me definately as I never been to Zouk, it kinda starts bad as we are merely minutes to the "premium" price. I ended up paying $28 instead of $13.

It is sort of a lousy start, apart from paying more, we are so seperated that I was alone wandering for the past 2 hours. As we reached at 10, and the show starts at 12. We started rocking to and fro, with Kai's infamous 2 beat L-R rock.

The rock is just ... rock... it is so stone hard for me. I was like a total nerd and I have no idea where to start as I do not have anyone to mimic, other than Kai's 2 beat rocking. Ken join in later and show us real "rock yr body" ~ Ken sure can rock!

I was unable to cope to the environment and stand aside to observe Ken and Jeff in action. Then a group of 3 girls suddenly drop infront of me, when I was standing by the wall at the DJ ~ I was shocked as they are practically iches away from my body, and are closing in fast. I quickly sidestep away but one of the girl quickly move to my new position, once again, I sidestep again. The 3 girls understood my intention and leave the spot quickly laughing ~ they sure know how to tease a new guy.

We retreated awhile, Ken gone to look for his friend, while Kai look for Douglas. I accompany Kai along and I get a free drink of alchoholic orange drink ~ whatever the name of the drink is. Douglas is busy hanging around with his pub friends, and courting new girls. Jeff press him to hit the dance floor as it is getting the flow.

When he was ready, Douglas shove us into the crowd right to the side of a bunch of beautiful girls. Douglas immediately show his "power" and charm on one of the girls, a pretty girl with large eyes and small statue. I was some distance away from them and start "rocking" like Jeff's motion. I wasnt interested in girls (or rather, creatures of the night as I would call, girls frequent such places go for fast in fast out. Not my taste for sure) as I am looking for potential target to mimic and learn dance moves. I was almost choked with the consistent "smoking" of clouds.

As it is very crowded, unlike MOMO where there are still space to trade motions/moves.

Ken joined us later and he is also attracted to one of the girls. He went up and asked for her name but was rejected flatly. From his expressionless face, I must say his attempt is quite fruitless... same to Douglas but he is swift, he keep moving from one bunch to another bunch of girls - wasting no time in picking new targets.

I proceed to tease Kai, I mimic his 2 beat rock, and I ask Ken to join in ~ it is really cartoony. And it does help to revive the "dead" (the bunch of girls look really tire and restless) atmosphere ~ and the other guys seem to be more interested in hyping the girls and "hook" them up then try to dance proper. ~ The girls too seem to be more incline to attention paid to them then dancing to the rythm of the music. The "small stature" girl performed a new move I never seem and I gave her a thumb up (to Jeff as signal however). The other girls seem to saw it and all started to dance into motion. (I wonder if they are trying to grab my attention) However, a new blood of boys cut into the scene, they divided me from Jeff and then they wall up the girls. They then proceed to move the girls to a corner ~ nice trick. ~ funnily the girls immediately stop and stand there to chat instead.

I simply went on dancing to the rythm. Then I was joined by some other girls. I notice they keep looking at me... anyway, I was looking into the ceilings as usual, to catch the rythm and lights to capture the atmosphere. Then a really funny scene happens, just as I was doing a rotation on the spot, one of the dancers (male) throw his head up and hit my face with his hair, one of the girl suddenly turn to me and shake her boobs and slither her body down... my friend say this signals a girl interest, such that she willing to show her boobs. Too bad, all this while, I was being comboed repeatedly by the hair that I wasnt looking at all as I busy covering my face. I realised only when she was getting up as I rotate back to her general direction ~ she was so Low down... OMG. Her friend laugh and shoot her head, while the girl turn away and shrud her shoulders, then they went off. Ouch~ ? but I have to thank the boy who haired me, for its a Phew for me. I have no way with such girls.

Then Ken's bunch of friends arrived. Ken bring me out to greet his friend and also to exchange our coupons for drinks (2 free drinks). Ken's friends consist of 3 guys and 1 girl (GF to one of the guy).

We bring the drink to the dance floor (there is a slide wall table for drinks). After the drink, we start to dance. Ken was fine, and he tease his friends alot. With the alcohol in effect, I start to perform more wild moves. It seems to impress alot of people around me, as I notice all the eyes seem to be on me, as my move is kinda consistent to the beat of the background music (my normal upkeep is 4 beats max ~ liquor seems to increase that) - but no good news to me however, as the eyes of girls which isnt too bad but this will also translate to more angry eyes of the boys which is no good.

Ken then exit the dance floor again to locate his other friend, who is MIA. I tag along as we are caught in a fight between some males. Only much later do we know that one of them is Douglas, and he is required to go the police station to lodge a report. We move over to Zouk. I made horrible discovery then, I realised that there are MANY UV alpha lights around that area. OMG. Realising I am wearing black, which is mass absorbing radiation, I quick exit that area and return to Phutre area and dance.

One thing that worries me is that Ken's friend GF eyes seems to be on me too much... hope I not imagining things, anyway dun like that. And I started to tune down my moves and move further away and join Kai. Ken's friends disturb Ken and push him to one girl who is dancing with her boyfriend. Not once, not twice but thrice. I raise my hand to my forehead to signal a "sorry" to her boyfriend, who is gentlman enough to smile back. Then with my dazzle mind, I suggest to Ken to pull his friend together. Ken refuse then I woke up. Yea I could spark another disbute.

I was getting sleepy and start to lose the tempo of the music and started to shake my body rather than dancing, to the music. I was kinda drifty and sleepy then but I was lucky to get a spot big enough for my moves. A quick look at the HP shows it is already 2am, of 12/1/08.

One of the girls beside me seems to be attracted to me when I was doing my more aggressive and expressive movements; and she already had a rather handsome boy dancing with her. As I went to join Kai, she keep pressing her body against my back. Everytime she did this, I halt my movement and move forward or to the sides. She keep on doing this for 6 times, and MAYBE finally realising I was ignoring her, gave me a kick on my legs and move away... Wat luck... this is call "leg sweep" and this is thought to be unlucky as described by my friend.

I return to continue dancing, Jeff then try to push me to one of the girls infront of me, under Ken's friends signalling behind me, I notice that as I looked into Jeff eyes. I wrapped my right arms around Jeff and sway along with his motion, but when we sway to Jeff direction, I apply a little force so he goes lower, then with more force is applied each repetition, so he will be unknowingly going lower and near to the girl beside him. He realised what I was doing but kinda too late as he was too low and too near the girl, but I release him before he touches her. I then give a quirky smile to Jeff and shake my finger to indicate a "no-no". We had a good laugh and Jeff return to "sliding" girls.

Later somehow I was found to be somewhere near a corner and safe and peaceful doing my wild moves. It was sometime much later at 4pm we decided to call it a day. At the exit, we found lots of vomited waste all over the floor, one of Ken's friend contribute one pool too. I also witness many girls are knock out senseless and are brought to cab with their "male friends" *I hope.

Ken's friends, Ken, Jeff and I went to nearby coffee shop for supper. I ordered a tae tarik, while other have prata and drinks. Had some conversation, share my view on Zouk with comparision to MOMO. Then Ken's friend went home while Ken, Jeff and I return for Douglas - we need his car!

It took awhile for Douglas to come out. Somehow, fate perhaps? The girl with "small stature and big round eyes" stood beside us. Douglas ask Jeff to approach her for the name, to treat it as his birthday present. And the girl return "I Like Girls". We laugh out loud, it is a hilarious rejection.

Jeff then goes to fetch Douglas's car, with a $2 tip handed over. As we are driving out, Douglas spotted 2 gals about to board a cab, he quickly roll down the window and call out to them to get in his car. One of the pair his friends, china dolls, I only remember the girl is call May ~ darn remind me of someone unpleasant.

We proceed to have another supper, at much dismay to Ken and I as he needs rest for tomorrow lessons and I am on the clouds. Anyway, at the Punggol Nasi Lemak coffeeshop, we settle down for some drinks and some chat.

Douglas earn himself a new friend from the introduction of his friend. He really likes girls, HAHA. He then proceed to take photos with his new friend. Then at another table, sat another girl who is actually decent looking and looked decent no makeups and indecent dressing. (but a girl with 2 males at 5 am somewhere so isolated is definately no decent girl in my book) Douglas laid his eyes on her, and asked May, his new friend to ask for her name, when her 2 male friends retreat somewhere for a smoke.

Douglas proceed to sit beside her and take some photos (he claim it is his first attempt at such public street). Luckily the 2 male friends of hers are not boyfriends. Or else I can smell trouble. No Next Time for sure ~ that is what I told myself.

Reached home at 6am, I took a shower and sleep at the bench. 1 and half hour later, I need to go RELC building to pay my examination entry fee. $1560... now that hurts!!!
