Horoscope.... End of May...
May 18 th - May 24 th, 2009The trouble with being determined to make something happen by hook or by crook is that this furious, relentless commitment can prevent you from recognizing a much easier way to attain your objective. Like a boxer who has been in training for a big showdown with an infamous opponent, you're psyched up for a showdown. What you don't know is that, despite his terrifying reputation, your challenger has a weak jaw and a wobbly knee. All you have to do is land one little punch in the right place. Forget your notion of some enormous struggle this week. Victory is going to be quicker than you imagineMay 22, 2009It is very important for you now to develop more self-confidence. Stop trying to prove yourself. Reach an equal level in daily life. It is also important to beware of overbearing and snobbish attitudes.
~ It is madness for a sheep to talk of peace with a wolf. May 23, 2009Keep in mind that you are not able to control everything. NO one is able. You should develop the flexibility to avoid freakout. Cultivate more spiritual values instead. Take care whom you value.
~ Good is the fowl which another rears. May 24, 2009Let up a bit in your intensity. You shouldn’t be afraid to accept happiness if it comes your way today. Don’t forget that the easiest way is sometimes the best way. Avoid summoning up problems.
May 25 th - May 31 th, 2009Life can be really hard! Don't you agree? for sure you are! I kind of suspected you'd buy into that and I admit it that wasn't very nice of me. It's just that I'm sitting here and I can see that you are coming down on yourself way too hard and for no reason at all. Now! I'm not judging your experience; all I'm trying to do is to make you see that all is ok. Sometimes being presented with situations that are less than heartwarming, can give us a chance to see life from a completely different perspective. So as you enter this week know that your experience isn't going to be long lasting, actually it is only going to last as long as you allow it to, and know that when you are beyond it you will truly recognize how perfect it all is. May 25, 2009Today you should determine how much role-playing is and how much real is. Try to be more objective about yourself. Strive for objectivity and understanding in general. Beware of isolation.
~ By a sweet tongue and kindness, you can drag an elephant with a hair. May 26, 2009Withdraw and observe. Analyze mistakes. It is also very important to behave maturely today. Even out your feelings. Don’t let your moods control yourself.
May 30, 2009You could land a high paying assignment for your hard work before the day is over. You may have to give in to a loved one`s demands. You will wake up on the wrong side of the bed today, so try not to make any serious decisions.
~ The full-fed cow makes company of her tail. May 31, 2009Adventures are on your horizon but it is difficult to overcome limitations and obstacles today. In the second half of the day, you will run into a difficulty with friends. The mercury in second house shows that excuses aren`t going to be understood or accepted by your mate.
~ Amendment is repentance. Wow Mum, it looks like I need to ensure that the pump is ready by tonight will face rough edges and problems. Mum, bless me that all will went well. Especially the new heat between me and Faiz and Fuad.
June 1, 2009Break out your magnifying glass and open up the depths of your detective spirit. Today is good day for research and investigation. You’ll know just where to go to get the answers to questions that have until now left you puzzled.

16th May 2009, Saturday
May 15, 2009Try to find new ways of expressing your thoughts. It seems that you are not getting through to the right people. It may be difficult for you to reach your lofty goals and
expectations.
Though my father-in-law is a good man, I do not like a dog with a bell. May 16, 2009Something about your personality or appearance is drawing a lot of attention today. Others around you may have a different agenda and you must be willing to accept it. Work with them to achieve their goals, and they will help you in return. It is possible that you don`t know as much as you think you do.
Looks like I am going to be under fire alot today... please help me mum... to overcome this barrage...
Self-Centeredness
Do you believe that you're self-centred? Or are you reading this to reassure yourself that you're not? Because we all know that being self-centred is bad, right? Not that we've established exactly what we think the term means. Maybe we don't even share the same definition.
Maybe, it's the 'self' part that triggers our value judgement. It's like a trainer on a course I attended recently, who said that self-love made people unpleasant, even damaging, to be around.
When I challenged her, she admitted that people who truly loved themselves first would be loving and supportive towards other people, whereas self-obsessed people behave in a thoughtless, careless fashion. She'd just used the phrase 'self-love' as a convenient shorthand.
It's the 'self' word that tends to provoke the knee-jerk reaction. We treat 'self' in combination with any other word as a synonym of selfish - and we all know, from childhood on, that selfishness is a mortal sin.
So self-centredness must be a deplorable shortcoming too, mustn't it? Actually, it depends.
If a person truly believes that he, or she, is the centre of the entire universe and treats everyone else as peripheral, insignificant beings, then, yes, that is pretty deplorable.
But if a person places themselves at the centre of their own world that is a very different matter.
Where else should they be, after all? If they don't fill the space at the centre of their world, someone else will just muscle in and fill it for them. Someone else, in other words, will colonise their centre.
We've all seen it done often enough; all come across those generous, shadowy creatures who spend their whole life falling over themselves for the other people who shamelessly colonise their centre. They meet with precious little appreciation for all the effort they expend.
The technical term for these people is 'doormats'. They end up being self-sacrificing (there's much less of a stigma attached to that phrase) whether they want to or not, because they can't help themselves.
On the other hand, the people who honour their own self, by setting it at the centre of their world, enjoy personal empowerment. They can set the boundaries around their self and their world as close, or as far away, from their centre as they see fit at any given moment.
Their world is spacious enough to incorporate anyone they choose. And because they are in a state of empowerment they can honour all those whom they share their world with, even as they honour themselves.
My definition of healthy self-centredness is that it is the precondition of a respectful relationship between adults. It is not to be confused with the infantile clamouring for attention and instant satisfaction of every need, however unreasonable.
Mature self-centredness is about creating win-win situations.
When you start to look at it that way, I wonder, how self-centred are you really? And how self-centred do you want to be?
Can you see your way to making it your New Year's resolution for 2009 to become more self-centred?
15th May 2009, Friday
Mummi, it is a horrible horrible week... it is not a good week as it was stated below,
Diplomacy is your greatest strength and you may be called on to put it to use this week as you are appointed mediator by your friends and family. Everything you do, you do well and this is no exception. However, do not get too involved in the personal affairs of other people any deeper than you have to, you could end up being the 'bad guy' in their minds if the decisions did not go their way. If you treat all strangers well you may be treating with angels unawares.Everything I did, I failed badly BIG TIME.
It was a total disaster. My HRCT screwed up big big Time, my helmet drop and I cannot even see and the drum roll all over the place, I cant even proper the strap of the drum and I fell down the stairs... dragging Ryanto big time with me...
I failed my BAPT and my SOC and also did poorly for my CIS318... and just when this week is finally going to be over and I can throw everything to the wind, this Minister come to our table and say hello and because we failed to stand up and show respect for the VIP, DC Peter Lim, we were given 36 hours of guard duties...
And also, for my Term Test 2, I fare very poorly unable to recall things that I studied...
But the worst is not this Mummi, the worst is that my reputation had totally gone down the drain, REALLY DOWN THE DRAIN as being the big bloody blur cock. In just ONE WEEK, the entire Rota 1 change their view of me from a hero to a zero...
Mummi, why WHY me.... I wanted to become a hero FROM zero... not to a zero from hero... it looks like the higher I go, the harder I fall. This really means things had to be picked up slowly... WAIT I CANT... I ONLY LEFT WITH 1 MONTH TIME LEFT BEFORE THE REAL STUFF, its NOW or NEVER!
This week is really a something fresh for me, I manage to restablise myself with Mao, and unstablise myself with Ibrohim and Azman (cuz I am such a blockhead and a cruz) I must learn to defend for the WHOLE group than for myself only...
I also learnt from Mao that people like to see drama, esp with that arse Muaz and me, and I am also in need of finding myself and make myself consistant. Never try to act tough when I am not that tough.
Also from a BOC cadet, who is 29 years old, who became a WO in 5 years time, and convert to SO, told me how he felt about me. He told me straight that I am nowhere as good nor nowhere as vocal, and if I am to work under him, he will keep me in the freezer. I am glad that he is so truthful towards me. He pointed out that it is ok to chitchat abt other people and it is ok to point out how you felt. Also more importantly is a taxi driver uncle, who pointed and hit right on the nail on how I felt...
He said that it is IMPORTANT to know that what we are made of, but more importantly, it doesnt matter what other people thinks of you or looks at you but whether you had done harm to other people.
Also he pointed out that I am emotional because I take comments too personally... too seriously... I lack confidence and lack sense of direction... he also taught me that in the sense of people arrowing me is due to my lousy character or mistake I done, I should immediately apologise and make it to people clearly that I am merely a human not a super human.
Man mum, I felt so tired... I lose all motivation to perform... please give me strength... I keep doing ALL the wrong things and although I had come to realise the value of GROUP die die tgt... it just come at a very steep price... a price I have difficulty repaying...
Mummi, please bless me... bless your son Koh Hong Hui...

Tuesday, 12 May 2009Ask a lot of questions today if you want to avoid misunderstandings. Someone may be trying to confuse you in order to mislead you. Try to make some time available for new opportunities.

An ass does not stumble twice over the same stone.Wednesday, 13 May 2009Long-term investments made today will turn out to be quite favorable to you. They do not necessarily have to be financial investments. They may be investments in your personal relationships.

The Principle of a Pencil
There are FIVE principle of a pencil that can be applied (more of an add-on) to be a better leader.
1>
A pencil has to be embraced.= A pencil has to open self to others. Has to listen to other's comments, regardless of positive or negative. Has to listen to other's needs.
2>
A pencil has to be sharpened, which no doubt is a painful process.= To always improve oneself and to always be prepared.
3>
A pencil core (the lead) is what matters.= never judge a book by its cover
4>
The pencil has to be use by other people, not to be kept in a pencil case.= Always be on the go, and always be on the move.
5>
The pencil has to understand that what it had written can be erased.= Be open to mistake, and more importantly, be always ready to learn from your mistake and never repeat the same mistake.
09 May 2009. Saturday
Hi Mum, I am back to Singapore from Brunei OBBD, and it has been a very enriching experience.
I went there with great acceptance and pride, looked upon as a "hero", and return as a recognised "lugguage".
Some problem areas identified with me is that I am not so much of a follower, and more of a leader, and to make it worse, it is the bossy type of leader = ONE WHO MOVES MORE MOUTH THAN HANDS.
For instance, instead of telling them WHAT TO DO, I should just say "Here give it to me." OR "Let me try".
I realised that instead of fearing people asking me to stand aside, I should just help out UNTIL people ask me to stand aside.
Weekly Horoscope:
Do the best you can in all commitments. Be gracious and have the intention to improve all relationships. Do not think of competition since that's a reparative stance. Marriage or perhaps the desire for a closer relationship is on your mind. If you don't act disciplined you'll feel like you've failed. Sounds dreary, doesn't it? Practice little acts of kindness. Friday, 08 May 2009It is very important for you to be as diplomatic as possible today – keep your temper under control. Retain respect and openness. Don’t be afraid to show your vulnerability.
~ Tis as necessary to him as gold weights are to a beggar. Saturday, May 9, 2009You should quiet down a bit – find a place for meditation and reflection. Don’t react so quickly; show your objectivity and patience. Discharge responsibilities.
~
Let every man mind his own business, and leave others to theirs. ~ Fear is a fine spur; so is rage. *Spur = To incite or stimulate OR To proceed in haste OR Something that serves as a incentive.
Sunday, 10 May 2009What you need can prove to be more valuable that what you want now. Work toward greater acceptance and a lessening of judgmental attitudes. Utilize differences.
~
Rather go to bed supperless than run in debt for a breakfast. Monday, 11 May 2009Sharing your needs with others does not necessarily mean that they will be met. Do not rely on others to help you with a controversial agenda. You have the power to make a difference today.

Fortune enriches or tramples on us at her will. Looks like my problem is my problem, and their problem will be my problem too Mum. I need to know that Work is Work, personal pursuit is personal pursuit, keep it personal, and let it remain personal. Thanks Mum.
Wow Guess what Mum, I also finally found the answer why people keep calling me selfish... From Dad: "If you are doing nothing while those around you suffer, you are selfish; in terms of you have no care nor concern for others."
This is GREAT GREAT impact, Mum. Help me And Give me the Strength to change myself and others perspective of me in this coming week... Thanks Mum =D
